30 Day Risk Free Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Billing for your service will commence on the day that your service is activated (the day the installer turns your connection on), and you will receive your first invoice on the first business day of the following calendar month, covering the part month and the first full month in advance.

 

Within the first 30 days of your service being activated, you can cancel your service by calling Lightwire’s local customer service team on 0800 12 13 14 and requesting a cancellation.

 

If you do cancel your service within the first 30 days, Lightwire will waive any Early Termination Fees, and will apply a credit to your account covering the period that the service was active. Lightwire may still charge you for any excessive data overage charges, calling charges, or non-standard installation charges incurred.

 

If you have a Whole-Home WiFi Guarantee, you will need to return any Smart WiFi units that were provided to you via a supplied pre-paid courier bag, before Lightwire will issue any cancellation credits. Lightwire reserves the right to recover the full amount owing from you including Early Termination Fees if it does not receive the Smart WiFi units back within a reasonable time frame.
